Run for YWCA Yorkshire

YWCA Yorkshire needs your help to continue providing emergency accommodation, support and education to the most vulnerable women and families across South Yorkshire. If you want to do something amazing for your local community in 2019- why not run the Sheffield Half marathon for YWCA Yorkshire on the 14th April!

A major event in the UK's running calendar, the Sheffield Half Marathon attracts thousands of runners of all abilities and spectators to the city's streets and raises many thousands of pounds for good causes. With a city centre start and finish, the event boasts a super scenic route with stunning views of the Peak District for those who conquer the climb to Ringinglow.

Sound like you’re up for the challenge? As well as our support from the side-lines, each runner for the YWCA Yorkshire team will receive a free personalised technical running vest and sponsorship form.

We’re able to give free entry to the Half Marathon for those that achieve sponsorship of £200. If you don’t think you will be able to raise that amount, we would still love you to join our team, but unfortunately we’re unable to cover your entry fee.

If you want to run for us and order your fundraising pack, or if you have any questions regarding the event, please email emily.evans@ywcayorkshire.org.uk and we’ll help you out!
