It’s an exciting time to be joining YWCA Yorkshire, with plenty of opportunity to develop and grow alongside the charity. In 2018 we have opened our second retail outlet, with advanced plans to open a third soon. The right candidates for our roles will have the skills to provide professional support to clients within their dedicated teams, combined with the enthusiasm and creativity to support with our fundraising activities and help drive forward our new commercial enterprises.
The people that we are looking for will be resilient, highly practical and able to form positive relationships with staff, volunteers and clients. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and thrive in a highly challenging environment. You will be persistent and committed to ensuring that staff, service users and volunteers are supported, and able to meet their potential.
