Jack and his Nan have been supported by Doncaster Project Worker - Jamie Lee Boyda since January 2019. As part of their support plan it was identified that both Jack and his Nan did not have any understanding of the risks of accessing the internet, online gaming or apps; therefore, Jamie completed Think You Know training with them both. An outcome of completing this direct work  was that Jack shared information which has resulted in agency action and support being given to a number of young people who were at risk of being groomed. 

Jamie nominated Jack for a Keeping safe 2019 award as recognition of his bravery in sharing this information and really understanding the importance of keeping safe in a digital world, not just for him but for his peers too.
